Parcel insurance

Because of the nature of the products I sell, regular insurance provided by the post office is often not sufficient. In case of a non delivered or damaged parcel (a rarity), the shipping company will try their best to not pay the claim. Post office workers don’t always know my fur products are perfectly legal to ship even by the standards set by their own company. 

I’ve decided to no longer insure through the post office but rather do things my own way, because often I get nowhere trying to claim insurance on a non delivered parcel. You can buy insurance and in case of non delivery or damage I will replace the item or refund you.

Simply add the correct insurance to your cart, one for each item. If you choose to not insure your items, I can’t help you in case of non delivery or damage.
